All our Italy programs include accommodation, all meals, activities, equipment, qualified instructors, medical insurance, and airport transfers. International flights and personal spending money are not included.

Safety is our highest priority. All activities are led by certified professionals, we maintain a 1:8 staff-to-student ratio, provide 24/7 supervision, have comprehensive insurance, and conduct thorough risk assessments for all activities.

For Junior Discover, basic conversational English is sufficient. For Outdoor Exploration and Sea Quest, intermediate English is recommended to fully benefit from instructions and interact with international participants.

Absolutely! We accommodate all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and food allergies. Please inform us during registration so we can make proper arrangements.

Cancellations 60+ days before start: Full refund minus processing fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund, but you can transfer to another program or summer. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
